Coaching Staff
	Head Coach, Stanley Blankenship ...enters his 20th season as the Lady Monarchs Basketball Coach. During his tenure for the Ladies, Blankenship has directed his teams to a 339-112 record. he is the winningest coach in the state of West Virginia. Perhaps the most impressive feature of Coach Blankenship's record is the fact that the JM Girls Basketball Team has averaged over 17 wins a year since he took over the reigns. No less than 20 former JM cagers have gone on to play basketball at the college level. 	Junior Varsity Head Coach, Ed Metz ...has been involved with girl's basketball for 10 years. He will begin his third year at John Marshall as the Junior Varsity coach with a record of 29-11. Prior to JM, Ed coached 3 years at St. Joseph and 4 years as the local AAU All Star Coach. His overall record is 135-26. His AAU record includes 1 State Championship and 2 Runner-ups.
	Varsity Assistant, Gary Blair ...enters his 18th sseason in this capacity at John Marshall. Coach Blair handles all the offenses in practice and game situations.
	Team Advisor, Jennifer Lantz ...began her career at John Marshall and played on Coach Blankenship's teams for 3 years. She played 4 years at Wheeling Jesuit University and is also now serving as assistant basketball coach at Moundsville Junior High.
