Seneca Falls is on Seneca Creek in the Spruce Knob-Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area of the Monongahela National Forest. A gentle trail follows the creek from the trailhead on the Forest Service road that climbs Spruce Knob from Spruce Knob Lake. The walk to the falls is approximately 5.5 miles with a few easy stream-crossings.
