Oglebay Park in Wheeling, West Virginia, has beautiful gardens. The tulip gardens are located on the grounds of the museum just off Route 88. There is also an ampitheatre where touring performers present concerts. It's a beuatiful spot for a picnic followed by an entertaining musical performance.
